Former Mazzi's CEO takes on new role.
Quaker Steak & Lube named Greg Lippert its new chief executive officer. Lippert is a 30-year industry veteran. Since 2005 he was chief executive officer of Mazzio's LLC, where he directed Mazzio's, Zio's Italian Kitchen Brands and recently introduced the Oliveto Italian Bistro to the portfolio of restaurants.
Prior to joining Mazzio's LLC, Lippert served as chief concept officer and chief operating officer of Fazoli's Management, Inc.
