Board member Hattie Hill to lead the Women's Foodservice Forum.
Hattie Hill will become president and chief executive officer of the Women's Foodservice Forum (WFF), effective June 1, 2014. Hill previously served as the WFF's interim CEO.
For more than 30 years she has served as the CEO of Hattie Hill Enterprises, an organization that provided leadership development for thousands of senior leaders at various Fortune 500 companies and global organizations such as McDonald's, Frito-Lay, Aramark and Compass. Hill's experience with the WFF includes serving as an executive consultant to the board and member of the board of directors for the past six years.
"We chose Hattie because of her extensive knowledge of the foodservice industry and her proven track record of creating and leading world class, customized executive leadership development programs," said Susan Gambardella, WFF Board of Directors chair and vice president, Global Account Team for Coca-Cola Refreshments. "Hattie shares our passion for preparing a pipeline of talent to increase gender representation in the executive ranks of foodservice companies from 15 percent to 30 percent."
