Quick-casual chain Baja Fresh Mexican Grill named Chef Roberto "Pepe" Lopez its director of product development.
A 32-year veteran of the restaurant industry, Lopez comes to Baja Fresh Mexican Grill from Real Mex Restaurants, where he served as executive chef and senior vice president of product research and development. His background also includes working with such restaurants as Cano's, Las Brisas and El Torito Grill.
