Magusiak to retire after nearly 27 years with the Chuck E. Cheese's parent company.
Michael H. Magusiak, president and chief executive officer for CEC Entertainment, Inc. announced his intention to retire effective June 2, 2014.
As a result, CEC, which operates 577 Chuck E. Cheese's locations, has initiated a search process to identify a new CEO, which will include a pool of internal and external candidates.
