Former Einstein Noah team member becomes VP of supply chain.

Noodles & Company named Glenn Douglas its new vice president of supply chain. In this role Douglas and his team are responsible for managing sourcing, supply chain and distribution of all major materials. Additionally, Douglas' team manages quality assurance and food safety throughout all of the chain's restaurants.

Douglas comes to Noodles & Company from Einstein Noah Restaurant Group where, over his seven year tenure, he held multiple supply chain roles before becoming the senior vice president of supply chain and manufacturing. Prior to Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Douglas was the manager of warehousing logistics at Coors Brewing Company.
