David Powell was named senior director of culinary for O'Charley's, a Nashville-based casual dining chain owned by American Blue Ribbon Holdings.
Powell joins O'Charley's from Darden Restaurants where he served as director of culinary development for Longhorn Steakhouse.
In other news, O'Charley's named David Ellis vice president of marketing and Kim Zimmerman Florence director of learning and development.
