A pair of foodservice equipment and supplies manufacturers take home awards.

Seven companies earned Editors' Choice Awards from the International Hotel, Motel + Restaurant Show, including a pair of foodservice equipment and supplies manufacturers. The awards recognize best new products within the categories of design, equipment and supplies, food and beverage, green, operations, tabletop and technology.

The winning foodservice companies include:
• Equipment & Supplies – The Vollrath Company was recognized for its Mirage Induction Rethermalizer, a soup rethermalizer that doesn't require water for heating, eliminating the need to fill and refill the unit with water.
• Tabletop – Front of the House was recognized for Harmony Bento™, a porcelain interpretation of the classic bento box.
