QualServ Corporation has formed a new operating entity, QualServ Solutions, LLC. The new entity was created as part of a restructuring that assigns substantially all of the assets and liabilities from QualServ Corporation to the operating subsidiary, QualServ Solutions, LLC.
QualServ Solutions, LLC, manufactures, distributes, and installs custom wood and metal fixtures and equipment and supplies for the foodservice and retail industries.
