Roz Mallet to lead search for permanent CEO.

The Women's Foodservice Forum (WFF) named Hala Moddelmog interim CEO. The organization also announced that Roz Mallet will lead the search for a permanent successor to Fritzi Woods, the organization's previous CEO who passed away on September 18, 2013.

Moddelmog has a combination of non-profit and foodservice expertise. She is the former CEO of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and has served as president of both Arby's and Church's Chicken.

Mallet is the CEO of PhaseNext Hospitality and immediate past chair of the National Restaurant Association. She will lead the search committee, which is comprised of leaders from the WFF board of directors and the foodservice industry at large.
