New company role will support organization's national expansion plans. 

MOD Pizza named John Dikos, CFE, its vice president, strategic partnerships.

Dikos has a background in financing and franchising, most recently serving as director of franchise development at Qdoba Mexican Grill. He took on several roles of increasing responsibility at the company during his seven-year tenure. He also co-founded Capital Avenue in 2000, which was acquired by National Cooperative Bank.

MOD operates nine restaurants Washington but plans to open seven additional units in Washington, Oregon and California by the end of 2013.
