Corner Bakery Cafe promoted Gregg Koffler to vice president of franchise sales, responsible for the overall sales and growth of the franchise division.
Koffler was promoted from the position of director of franchise sales for the Western U.S. He has also worked in franchise sales at Global Hyatt's U.S. Franchise Systems (now Wyndham Worldwide).
Corner Bakery plans to more than double its footprint over the next several years.
