In a move to aid its national expansion efforts, Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza named restaurant industry veteran Jim Mizes president and chief operating officer.
Mizes comes to the fast-casual pizza chain after having served as president of Freebirds World Burrito. His background also includes serving in leadership capacities for Jamba Juice and Noah's New York Bagels.
