Former Nestlé Professional executive Caira to join the restaurant chain in July.
Tim Hortons announced a management succession plan. Marc Caira will become president and CEO, replacing Paul House, who will become non-executive chairman of Tim Hortons board of directors. These changes take effect on July 2.
Caira most recently served as global CEO of Nestlé Professional. His background also includes serving as president and CEO of Parmalat North America, COO of Parmalat Canada, and president, Food Services and Nescafe Beverages for Nestlé Canada.
