Steph Steil Hoppe takes new role.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. appointed Steph Steil Hoppe vice president of menu innovation & implementation, overseeing culinary, R&D, assurance and food and beverage functions.

Hoppe brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, product innovation and brand positioning to Red Robin. Prior to joining Red Robin, Hoppe served as vice president of marketing and culinary for Lonestar Steakhouse. She has also served senior director of marketing for 7-Eleven and held roles of increasing responsibility with Old Chicago for Rock Bottom Restaurants, Chili's Bar & Grill, Bakers Square and Village Inn.
