FE&S' Dealer of the Year and Industry Awards Gala to be held on May 18.
Foodservice Equipment & Supplies proudly names Martin Cowley, design and construction for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, recipient of the magazine's 2013 Hall of Fame Award. Cowley will accept the award during FE&S' 2013 Dealer of the Year and Industry Awards Gala, which takes place Saturday, May 18 at the Chicago Four Seasons Hotel. He is the first foodservice operator to receive FE&S' Hall of Fame Award.
Cowley is a 40-year veteran of the industry and has spent the last 24 years managing the design, construction, specifications and standards for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Worldwide. His design experience ranges from snacks to five-star, signature dining and includes banquets and special events from both a domestic and international level. Cowley also serves as a panel expert and judge for the NRA Kitchen Innovations™ Awards and NAFEM's Customer Advisory Task Force. He is actively involved in food safety regulations with The California Department of Public Health and Orange County Health Department.
