Le Duff America set to acquire the chain.
Bob Evans Farms, Inc. has agreed to sell its Mimi's Café restaurant chain to Le Duff America, Inc. for $50 million. The transaction is expected to close within the next 45 days.
Mimi's Café is a French-inspired casual dining restaurant with 145 locations in 24 states, primarily in the West and Southwest. Headquartered in Dallas, Le Duff is a multi-concept operator whose concepts include La Madeleine Country French Cafe, Brioche Doree, Bruegger's Bagels, Timothy's Coffee and Michel's Baguette.
Le Duff America is a U.S. based subsidiary of Groupe Le Duff SA, a global bakery and restaurant company headquartered in Rennes, France.
