TableCraft Products Company has acquired Professional Bakeware Company, a Willis, Texas-based company that manufactures cast aluminum and coated buffetware. Professional Bakeware's complete line of products is now available from TableCraft.
The cast aluminum products are now part of TableCraft's SaferFood Solutions line, where they will join several other products that aim to help foodservice operators avoid food waste and contamination.
