Former Domino's Pizza and UPS veteran takes over on July 30.
Quick-service sandwich chain Quiznos named Stuart Mathis its new president and chief executive officer, effective July 30. He succeeds Greg MacDonald, a 14-year Quiznos veteran who stepped down immediately.
Mathis most recently served as president of the UPS Store network, a position he held for 10 years. Prior to The UPS Store, Mathis was EVP of Operations at Mail Boxes, Etc., the predecessor brand to The UPS Store. Previously, he was EVP of franchise operations at Domino's Pizza.
