Pair of restaurant industry veterans join emerging burger chain.
Fast-casual concept Shula Burger appointed Scott Nietschmann president and Matt DeBusk vice president of franchise development.
Nietschmann previously owned and operated four Fish City Grill franchised restaurants in the Austin and Houston, Texas markets. He also served as president of Magic Brands, LLC, the franchisor company for Fuddruckers and Koo Koo Roo concepts.
DeBusk spent the majority of the last decade with Moe's Southwest Grill and FOCUS Brands Inc., where he was one of the directors of franchise sales. Prior to this role, DeBusk was an account executive at Radiant Systems, a company specializing in point of sale technology.
