Using a combination of extremely accurate temperature and atmosphere controls, the Evereo can hold meals safely for days at temperatures above 140 degrees F.
The Evereo can hold food for up to three full days.The Evereo can be used in several ways: First, for cooking and preserving food for up to three days with its specialized trays or vacuum-seal bags. Or, it can be used as a “super” holding cabinet, with a holding time of up to 8 hours.
