The redesigned Vollrath Convection Oven line is suitable for use in restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The units are rated for ventless operation and feature stainless-steel exteriors. The half-size models have two power options: a 120-volt, 1,800-watt unit with three shelves and a 208-240-volt unit with up to 2,750 watts and four shelves. These ovens can accommodate half-size pans and include a broiler function.
