The LOV Caddy removes and transports cooking oil from low oil volume (LOV) fryers. The low-profile design makes it easy to maneuver the unit in and out of tighter spaces, per the maker. It comes with an integral magnet compatible with LOV fryers that include a magnetic drain pan switch. The LOV Caddy is also backward compatible with LOV fryers that use standard drain switches. The unit uses heavy-duty casters and needs 8¼ inches of clearance.
