Uncle Julio’s, a polished casual Mexican restaurant chain, has been acquired by private-equity firm L Catterton. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
L Catterton owns a variety of other restaurant concepts, including Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Bruxie, Hopdoddy, Noodles and Company and Velvet Taco, among others.
