For the 6th consecutive year, foodservice operators and their supply chain partners can submit their back-of-house storage areas for a chance at a makeover.

Entry From Questionnaire

Sponsored exclusively by Metro, one winner will first receive a productivity assessment followed by a makeover of their storage and efficiency needs, worth up to $50,000. Storage solutions received may include shelving, workstations, wall-shelving, worktables, custom configurations, track systems and more – courtesy of Metro. When entering, focus on your dry storage space, refrigerated storage, sink and prep areas and other related storage areas.

Who’s Eligible: Independent restaurants, chain restaurants and non-commercial operators such as schools, colleges and universities, healthcare foodservice operators, correctional foodservice and others, in the continental United States.

As this is a judged contest, you MUST submit either a grouping of photos or a video of the storage area(s) in need of an overhaul. This can consist of a simple smartphone video of someone walking the space and describing problem areas or images that supplement your form description write-up.
