Diversified Foodservice Supply Inc., parent company of AllPoints Foodservice Parts & Supplies, has acquired Lundco Supply, a Houston-based parts and supplies distributor. DFSI will merge Lundco with AllPoints and will operate from a Houston distribution facility, which will open Oct. 3, 2016.
The new Houston facility will initially support the Lundco/AllPoints merger but that location will eventually support the distribution requirements of the other DFSI companies, including Franklin Machine Products, Tundra Restaurant Supply, Restaurant Parts & More, DSI Parts, Mill Hardware, and Restaurant Discount Warehouse.
