Hot Rocks Pizza Ovens hired John Dattilio to serve as business development manager covering the southern U.S. states for the manufacturer of stone conveyor ovens.

Dattilio’s career spans more than 30 years of sales and business development experience.

His background includes designing and constructing cold storage distribution centers, food processing plants and food manufacturing facilities. Dattilio also has experience in material handling and automation conveyor systems for food and beverage facilities. He has also worked with hygienic plastic primary packaging films for vacuum chambers and roll stock thermoforming machines.
