Kona Grill Inc. named Jim Kuhn president and CEO. He succeeds Berke Bakay, who spent six years in that role.
Bakay was appointed executive chairman of the board, replacing James Jundt, who is retiring. Bakay will remain with Kona Grill in a strategic role, per a release announcing the transitions.
The news comes on the heels of Kona Grill releasing its second quarter earnings report, which saw same-store sales decline 12.1 percent, compared to a 5.3 percent decline during the same period one year ago.
