Lauren Peters was promoted to customer service supervisor for Server Products, a Richfield, Wis.-based foodservice equipment manufacturer.
In her new role Peters will manage all day-to-day activities of the customer service team and its interactions with customers, sales reps and international distributors.
Peters has been with Server Products for six years.
