Edward Don & Company Buys
Atlanta Fixture 
Edward Don & Company, a Woodridge, Ill.-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer, has acquired certain assets of Atlanta Fixture and Sales Company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Sodexo Acquires Centerplate
Sodexo reached an agreement to acquire contract feeder Centerplate from Olympus Partners in a deal valued at $675 million. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2017.
