Military Foodservice Personnel Hone Culinary Skills
Forty-one military foodservice personnel participated in a weeklong culinary educational forum in early August that included sessions on knife skills, global flavors and culinary techniques, led by instructors from The Culinary Institute of America. The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation hosted the event.
