Mazer joined the CIA’s Board of Trustees in 2007 and served as vice chairman for the past two years.

Mazer’s restaurant industry background includes serving as CEO of Ventura Foods and as a consultant to a variety of manufacturers, retailers, and grocery and convenience store wholesalers. His background also includes working with Deloitte and Touche; Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Boston Consulting Group.
