Farmer Boys Restaurant Harvests New President

Eadon replaces the retiring Clark.

Farmer Boys Restaurants promoted Karen Eadon to president and chief operating officer from chief marketing officer. She replaces Ken Clark, a 30-plus-year veteran of the restaurant industry who joined Farmer Boys Restaurants in 2006.

In her new role Eadon is responsible for driving overall brand strategy, development and restaurant performance for the California-based fast-casual restaurant chain's 84 locations. Eadon joined Farmer Boys in 2014 and has held various senior executive positions with El Pollo Loco, Taco Bell, ARCO Products Company, Applebee's, McDonald's and Mimi's Cafe.
