Palm to Lead Premier Restaurant Equipment West

In a move aimed at growing its business on a national stage, Premier Restaurant Equipment added industry veteran Jim Palm to its team in the role of director of sales - West Coast Division. In his new role, Palm will focus on extending the Minneapolis-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer and design firm’s reach to the West Coast.

Palm will target such vertical markets as senior living dining and country clubs as well as working on a variety of restaurant projects across the country for Premier clients. Palm began his career in the foodservice industry 36 years ago at Palm Brothers, a family-owned foodservice design and equipment dealership also based in Minneapolis.
