Remembering William Gilmore of Robot Coupe

William Gilmore, one of the three original founders of Robot Coupe, U.S.A, passed away on June 15. He was 90 years old.

Gilmore enjoyed a 50-year career in the foodservice industry, according to a notice published in FEDA First Thing. In addition to his involvement at Robot Coupe, Gilmore served as the first vice-president of sales/marketing at Frymaster Corp., was one of the founders of the rep group Marketing Agents South and served as an instructor and director at the Dale Carnegie School.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years Frances, two sons and his great-grandchildren.
