Energy Efficiency Seminar Planned for May 20 in Chicago Area

Don Fisher, founder and CEO of San Ramon, Calif.-based Fisher Nickel, will present "Energy Efficiency in Commercial Foodservice," a daylong seminar on May 20 in Oak Brook, Ill.

The seminar will feature take-home strategies for optimizing the performance of cooklines, refrigeration systems, warewashing equipment, kitchen exhaust ventilation and HVAC systems. Fisher will highlight energy-efficient lighting technologies for foodservice operations and introduce online tools to help foodservice operators quantify the energy savings in their facilities.
