Chris Greer was named continuous improvement manager for Master-Bilt, a commercial refrigeration manufacturer.

In his new role, Greer will drive operational initiatives and be responsible for developing consistent improvement in the manufacturing operation at Master-Bilt.

With more than 10 years of manufacturing and management experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering, Greer most recently worked with Milwaukee Tool Company. His background also includes working with Viking Range.
