Kason Industries has acquired Oxford Hardware, a U.K.-based distributor of foodservice parts and accessories.

Oxford Hardware has served as Kason’s exclusive distributor in the U.K. since 2007.

Oxford Hardware also supplies a full range of lamps and heat lamp accessories; sink bowls, faucets and taps; glass clamps and architectural hardware; as well as other foodservice lighting, gaskets and electrical components.

The company will continue to go to market under the name Oxford Hardware with founder David Cleave managing the business.
