Another Broken Egg Cafe hired Paul Macaluso to serve as president and chief executive officer. Macaluso comes to Another Broken Egg Cafe from The Krystal Company, where he served in the same role.

Paul MacalusoA veteran of the restaurant industry with more than 25 years of experience, Macaluso’s background includes working with Taco Bell, Burger King and SONIC Drive-in. He also held various leadership positions with multiconcept operator FOCUS Brands, working with such chains as Moe’s Southwest Grill, Schlotzsky’s, Carvel, Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon. During his tenure with FOCUS Brands Macaluso served as president of McAlister’s Deli.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is owned by Beekman Investment Partners, a private equity firm which acquired the upscale breakfast concept in 2017.
