The Krystal Company tapped Tim Ward to fill the newly created role of president and chief operating officer.
Bruce Vermilyea and Tim Ward, the Krystal Company
Ward joins Krystal from Captain D's where he served as chief operating officer. His background includes roles at Arby's/RTM and NPC International/Pizza Hut.
In addition, Krystal named Bruce Vermilyea chief financial officer. Vermilyea’s background includes 18 years with Qdoba Restaurant Corporation, serving 3 as chief financial officer.
Following the addition of Ward and Vermilyea, Krystal President & CEO Paul Macaluso and CFO Berry Epley will leave “the company to pursue other opportunities,” per a release.
