The National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) presented the winners of its Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards to member institutions representing five different operator categories. The association also presented Art Korandanis, recently retired from College of the Holy Cross, with NACUFS’ 2019 David R. Prentkowski Distinguished Lifetime Member Award.

“Art Korandis has been involved with the betterment of college and university food service for 39 years, and has been immersed with NACUFS for 37 years. He served on the NACUFS Board of Directors on three separate occasions, as regional president, NACUFS’ first at-large director, and as national conference co-chair in Boston,” said Patti Klos, past president of NACUFS.
