Family dining concept Shoney’s named Michael Wozniak its new chief operating officer, and Eric Cleveland its new executive chef.

Wozniak’s more than 27 years of experience includes overseeing domestic and international expansion through franchising and company-owned operations.

Chef Eric Cleveland has more than 25 years in the foodservice and restaurant industry and remains an active member of the Research Chefs Association (RCA) and the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
