The Hansen Group now represents T&S Brass in North Carolina and South Carolina, also known as MAFSI region 11. The Hansen Group also represents T&S in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and the Florida Panhandle, also known as MAFSI regions 12 and 14.
LTI, Inc. added EMC Hospitality to its rep network, covering Northern California and Nevada, excluding Clark County. EMC is based in Emeryville, Calif.
New York-based rep firm PBAC hired Roger Sitrin to serve as a corporate chef associate. Stirin’s background includes serving as an educator for the Institute of Culinary Education. Stirin will work in PBAC’s culinary innovation center leading product demonstrations, providing technical training and developing culinary solutions for foodservice operators.
