SHFM Presents Annual Awards

The Society for Hospitality & Foodservice Management (SHFM) announced the recipients of its Directors’ Awards, as well as named the recipient of its 2026 Rising Young Professional award.

shfm cic yp 2026The Society for Hospitality & Foodservice Management (SHFM) announced the recipients of its Directors’ Awards, as well as named the recipient of its 2026 Rising Young Professional award.Here’s an overview of the Directors’ Award winners:

Community Service Award: Xiomara Battle, Guckenheimer, and Olivia Desmorey, GravyWork, were the recipients of the award that goes to SHFM members who “have gone above and beyond to help support the corporate foodservice and workplace hospitality industry, as well as their local community.”

Spirit Award: Lauren Beckwith, Guckenheimer at Google, received the award that goes to an “individual who consistently demonstrates the qualities of loyalty, dedication and enthusiasm” for SHFM.

Additionally, the Rising Young Professional award went to Amanda Beni of HMG+. The award recognizes “an emerging individual who has been a standout among our newest members, supporting the initiatives of the Society through their active engagement and participation in SHFM committees and activities.”
