The Legacy Companies added Steve Moore and David Abi to its c-suite. Moore now serves as chief executive officer and Abi serves as chief commercial officer for the company’s commercial division.

Moore’s career spans more than 30 years and he most recently served as CEO of Nice-Pak Products, a global manufacturer of wet wipes. Prior to that, he led Bankruptcy Management Solutions, a California-based software company.

Abi’s career spans more than 25 years and he most recently served as president of several divisions at Middleby Corp., including Southbend, Crown Steam Group, Carter Hoffman, Doyon, Nuvu, and Sveba Dahlen.
