Krystal promoted Amanda Hyde to chief operating officer.

Amanda HydeHyde first joined Krystal’s parent company SPB Hospitality as part of the leadership team supporting the multiconcept operator’s portfolio of brands, including Logan’s Roadhouse, before helping guide the Krystal brand’s turnaround and renewed growth strategy, per a release announcing this transition. During that time, Hyde “partnered closely with operations and franchise leaders to improve system execution, advance new restaurant development and elevate the overall guest experience.”

Her background includes more than two decades of restaurant industry experience that includes working in operations, multi-unit management and more, the release added.

In her new role, Hyde will “further expand her leadership of Krystal’s restaurant operations across the system,” working alongside operators and franchisees.
