Rinnai America Corporation introduced Joseph Gresham as vice president of innovation for the maker of tankless water heaters.
Joe GreshamGresham’s background spans HVAC, residential appliances, drinking water systems, and foodservice equipment, per a release announcing his hiring. He has held leadership roles at Middleby Corp., Elkay (now Zurn Elkay Water Solutions), Whirlpool, and Ingersoll Rand (now Trane Technologies).
In his new role, Gresham will lead Rinnai America's Innovation organization, providing strategic direction for innovation, product strategy, and technology advancement across North America.
