Chrane adds to its line card, while Curate expands its reach. And meet The Ferri Group!

Chrane Foodservice Solutions has added Thermo-Kool to its line card. Chrane will represent Thermo-Kool in Texas and Oklahoma as of February 12, 2026, per a release announcing the update.

Rep firm Total Source Commercial Foodservice Restaurant Equipment Division is now part of Curate. The move expands Curate’s presence across Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico, and El Paso, Texas. Curate is a multimarket rep firm owned by Forward Solutions.

New Jersey-based rep firm Pecinka Ferri has rebranded itself as The Ferri Group. The rebrand follows recent shifts in the manufacturer landscape and underscores a decisive move toward diversification, agility, and long-term stability, per a release announcing the update. “Becoming fully independent allows us to move faster, think differently, and build something more resilient and more focused,” said Joe Ferri Jr., who leads the company and serves as director of project sales, per the firm’s website. “We are reinvesting in our relationships and brands, with a refreshed vision that better serves our partners across the New York Metro market.” The firm remains firmly rooted in the region and committed to rebuilding with intention and momentum.” The Ferri Group covers New York (Poughkeepsie and South), New York City Metro, New Jersey (North of Trenton) and Fairfield County, Conn., also known as MAFSI Region 3.
