Edward Don & Company hired Jeanine Lopez to serve as director of education and government contracts for its DON BUILD Division.

Jeanine LopezIn a career that spans more than 35 years, Lopez got her start in the foodservice industry by working with Marriott. In the years since, she has worked in the business and industry dining segment. Lopez also owned and operated her own restaurant for more than six years. Over the past decade, she has focused on the education segment, with a particular emphasis on K–12 projects.

In her new role, Lopez will” support the continued growth of Edward Don & Co.’s education and government initiatives,” per a release announcing her hiring. She will also work closely with the Woodridge, Ill.-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer’s field sales and national account teams.
