Minnesota-based foodservice consulting firm Rippe Associates has completed a multi-year ownership transition initiative. Steve Carlson, president and former majority owner, sold the firm to longtime company leaders Christine Guyott, FCSI, RDN, Katie Lint, and Eric Goodrich, FCSI.

As part of this transition, Guyott now serves as firm president and will continue to lead its healthcare studio. Katie Lint, director of operations, will continue to oversee finance, firm management, and human resources. Eric Goodrich, principal, will continue to lead the education/civic studio.

Carlson stepped back from day-to-day operations beginning in January 2026, as he moves closer toward retirement, per a release announcing the ownership transition. He will remain actively involved in a mentorship and advisory capacity, supporting leadership development and select business development initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and continued success, the release added.
