Commercial cooking equipment manufacturer Unox hired John Skutta to serve as its active marketing chef for the Southwest region, covering Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas.
John SkuttaSkutta brings more than two decades of experience in foodservice sales and culinary operations. A Le Cordin Bleu-certified chef, he has held key roles with Sysco Food Services, Liberty Cold Storage and Goodpack USA. His expertise spans restaurant operations, strategic account management and culinary product consultation for major foodservice operators and retailers across the country, per a release announcing his hiring.
In this role, Skutta will deliver individual cooking experiences and conduct training sessions related to the Unox lines.
